How many of you guys are using smartphones to do the tasks and projects at FCC? I’m using a smartphone for the great part of my time here. I’m just curious to know about you guys.
For some of the simpler lessons, a phone or tablet is viable - I actually picked up a bluetooth keyboard for my tablet, as it’s easier than using the on-screen one.
But later on, you’ll want to have access to the browser’s developer tools (things like the Element Inspector or the Console, for example). Mobile browsers don’t have dev tools. For that reason, a laptop will stand you in good stead later.
I’d say you are a God if you code using a smartphone. Seriously.
