I started the HTML/CSS portion of FCC a few months ago, and then life got in the way and I stopped. I’m starting again because I really want to learn programming, and I’m trying to honor my promises to myself.

Even an hour or two a day (not necessarily set in stone), or as often as you can manage , can help your progress.
As well, there is a great community here for you to participate and receive help if you need questions answered.
