After adapting to Google’s Spam Update 2024, I started a new project with Izoate Tech, where I write about technology, AI, and digital entrepreneurship. Everything’s going well, but I’ve noticed something weird. Both my old and new websites are hosted on the same cPanel account and the same server, yet their PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix scores are completely different. Even stranger, these scores change at different times for both sites—sometimes one performs better, sometimes the other.
Now, this has me scratching my head. How can two websites running on the exact same server show different speed scores? Why do these scores keep fluctuating? Could Google be treating older and newer sites differently when measuring performance?
If anyone has dealt with this or has a clue what’s going on, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Maybe I’m overthinking, but this just doesn’t add up!
