Testing a forum for free?

I’m building a forum. Is there anywhere I can host it without paying, or not needing to use a credit card?

Heroku is free for up to 5 applications, then you need credit card.

Your own computer would work very well.

Heroku is ruby or node. If it is php there are a few options out there.

Its PHP and SQL. Heroku seems to know that though :neutral_face:
