Tests passes even without any CSS

Tell us what’s happening:

  1. This exercise asks to create Survey form.
  2. As per survey form; I’ve entered all the necessary HTML elements
  3. After running the code in codepen all the tests are passed

Expected Result:

  1. As user has not used any CSS, test must fail
  2. As user is learning both HTML and CSS; user stories should include CSS as well

those are the user stories, it’s the minimum requirement

if you are not happy with the result, you can keep styling it yourself

if you think it’s a bug report it as such:

Thank you for helping make FCC better. Bugs can be reported as GitHub Issues. Whenever reporting a bug, please check first that there isn’t already an issue for it and provide as much detail as possible.

Thanks for inputs; I’ve created new issue https://github.com/freeCodeCamp/freeCodeCamp/issues/39257

Without proper CSS usage in project; any new programmer ( like me ) won’t be able to understand concepts fully.
