Tribute Page: Grid offset issue: col-md-8 col-md-offset-2 is not working

I thought I understand grid system of bootstrap, but coloum offset is not working on my Tribute Page.

Maybe there is a conflict as you are calling for versions of BS:

Try removing the old version and use just BS4?
