I started learning development aboput 6 months ago. I first started with head first HTML/CSS but was not satisfy by the depth of information I got from the book. I then found FFC and followed some of the course. I later discover the odin project and to be honest I came to the conclusion “waht a mess” I mean it’s great that you can find so many free ressources out there but when you just started it’s hard to know where to put your attention.
So I create a little roadmap to share the really valuable ressources I found and used. I found a gret little game to learn git for example and I’m hunting down equivalent to learn CSS, Javascript…
Here is the link of my roadmap, any feedback is more than welcome.
Be careful of spelling errors.
Unfortunately there are quite a few and you don’t want that to undermine all of the hard work you put into creating this page
Examples like ressources and usefull.
I would comb through the page and double check to make sure everything is spelled right.
Also, instead of having the icons and a link that says read, or watch
I think the link should be a descriptive title
That would be better for accessibility reasons and overall more descriptive than read or watch.
You might consider renaming the Your Toolbox section into something involving git and github.
These are just some options.
But don’t feel like you have to follow any of them
The only thing I would absolutely fix are the spelling errors.
English is not my first language and I have been depending on autocorrect (a bit too much), But in VS code I don’t get it so it will force me to be more careful.
Regarding the links, this is how I did it originaly but I thought it was too heavy. I will probably revert to just the icon and the link text as the “action verbs” are redundant.
