Account progress was reset?

I tried continuing my progress yesterday and noticed the website was down. I tried again today - and although everything is working again, my progress had reset? I don’t have a duplicate account (or atleast shouldn’t).

I’m at the javascript section and have completed everything prior. Would you be able to mark off everything before that as completed?

Thanks for the answer Ben, however I created my account about two days ago. Grinded quite a bit until the website went down yesterday. Checked today and all progress lost. I’ve carried on grinding from where i left off, but the progress made before is all lost.

I only have one, single account.

Is there an email I can send to get this sorted? team@ doesn’t go anywhere.
