Advice needed: please critique my resume

I’ve viewed many posts in “career advice” over the past year, waiting for my time. I’ve recently finished a full-stack program and I’m seeking any relevant work. I’m beginning to apply for junior dev roles, as well as technical/software support roles. I’m hoping for honest feedback on anything below: resume, quality of code, apparent gaps in skill, etc. Your feedback will help me prioritize what I should work on. Note that I have no dedicated portfolio site yet. I’ll be checking in on this post often, so thanks in advance for your time.

Randell, thanks so much for your quick reply.

I’ve had a hard time quantifying the accomplishments from past job experience. I get the feeling I missed opportunities to document this stuff, and now the ship has sailed. My first bullet point, “Revamped orgs website layout”, this is Weebly site that they handed me the keys to, and asked me to “improve it”. I’m unsure how to quantify that, as there aren’t any associated metrics to derive from. Same with the “Enhanced point-of-sale tickets design”, I adjusted the position of elements on the ticket template so the QR code printed in proper alignment - how do I quantify such a task?

I’ll try the resume format suggestions. As far as dates, I recently had them there, but then was advised to remove them by a friend with resume writing/vetting experience. I’ve heard compelling reasons for both having and not having.

What is special about a portfolio site? It feels like no more than a pretty wrapper for projects, and somewhat redundant with a good cover letter/resume/organized repo. Is it purely to make it 1 click easier for recruiters?
