Everytime I try to open my certificate this error pops up: “This user needs to add their name to their account in order for others to be able to view their certification.”, even though I have filled in all the credentials. Is there any solution?

check your Privacy Settings in Settings enable or not. To display the certificates.
Is there any other way?
