Cat Face with just HTML/CSS - Feedback Request

I’m 75% through the Applied Visual Design lessons and seeing the shapes and penguin being created and inspired by the Medium post listed below, I decided to make some type of graphic using just HTML/CSS. I thought it would be good practice. I used this picture as a reference. It took me about 2 hours to do. Not sure if thats good or bad. I’d be grateful for any feedback / tips / suggestions. Thanks!
