Nice man, its responsive and clean. Main thing that I’d suggest is to make the font bold. The white background is so white, it makes the font look thinner. The text field is also hard to read and see their borders. Or you could make the background color a softer white.
Idk if its possible, but it’d be cool if you could click on the faces to choose your answer on the radio selectors! I like them, btw, they’re a unique touch.
