I received the Write Your First Code Using C# in 2020.

However, I can’t verify the trophy. The link to the transcript is here: Profile | Microsoft Learn

I got this error message:

We were unable to verify your trophy from Microsoft’s learning platform.

Could you please help me to figure out my issue?

I have the same Exact Problem, i think it happens because the module name Changed from " Write your First C# code" to " Write your first code using C# (Get started with C#, Part 1)" and the Inside Challenges are Changed also, but if so. What we can do ?

[Problem Fixed] just solve the entire Learning Path at this link : Write your first code using C# (Get started with C#, Part 1) - Training | Microsoft Learn , get the badge in your Microsoft profile, make sure of the steps of linking your profile, and retry to Verify the trophy and it will work. I do it myself.

I am receiving this error as well and it is prohibiting me from taking the final exam. I have verified the transcript URL and the app give me a messages stating that the account is linked

The Microsoft account with username “[USERNAME]” is currently linked to your freeCodeCamp account. If this is not your Microsoft username, remove the link.

Thx a lot! that makes more sense now. However maybe they should have it all in order instead of having us bounce around trying to figure it out. I really appreciate your help @Sky020 y020

I suspect a lot of people in this thread are having the same problem I did. You CANNOT have your MS profile set to Private even with the transcript share link. Once I set Private Mode to Off, it worked instantly.

This is my situation
I completed all modules in Microsoft learning account and freecamp.
I unlinked and re-linked the account with copied path but nothing.
I checked the private status of my account and the private modality is disable.

I don’t know :frowning:
