hello, am trying to start the rdb course and got stuck where am to add this cmd: Ctrl / Cmd + Shift + P. Then, enter and run Dev Containers: Rebuild and Reopen in Container in the VS code. but the options I find do not have the 'Rebuild and Reopen Container what should I do?
