Edit a project after the certification

Do you know if and how is it possible to change CodePen projects after the certification was got?

you can change the project you have submitted, just be sure it stills respect the user stories and have still the test suite.

If instead you want to bring it in a different direction, you can fork it, and do what you want, leaving the current submitted project still be a valid submission

Thank you in fact, I wrote the doctype and head in CodePen (I didn’t know that it was not recommended) and I can see " <"" " at the top left of my page which is not very esthetic.
