I've taken the Responsive Web Design exam twice now, and both times it says "Retake Required." But I'm confident my answers were correct, and all my certification projects are ticked as complete.
Could you please check whether my two attempts were actually graded, or if they were flagged/rejected for some reason? I'd like to understand what went wrong before I retake again.
