My idea is to team up with 5-7 persons with a similar level of skills.
And discuss things in Gitter every day. Just within a team.
And after FCC is complete we will have a gang of programmers who can trust each other in work.
I have FCC Frontend certificate.
And from now I will work 5-6 days in a week to get Dataviz and Backend certs.
At the moment I’m learning React and programming patterns.
I’ve opened a gitter room for this.

Having a consistent group to chat coding is a great idea, and I think getting a cohort big enough to keep the conversation going is key.
why not use the gitter rooms that exist for data viz and backend as it is? The backend is not as active as I would like it to be but I have made some good connections there. I hate the thought of people sharing real time help for data vis & backend that are as a result not spending time in those rooms further decreasing the cohort size.
On the other hand, if it’s not specific to the FCC challenges an more a group to motivate and encourage, seems like a good idea.
There is also another guy on the forusm somewhere that has a few cohort groups going based on current skill level.
Good luck finding your group, it’s a big help for contining to make progress.
