Can't login to FreeCodeCamp

I can’t login either via email or through GitHub which is how I signed up originally. If I try and login in with Google it makes a new account so I’ve lost all my progress. All other options to login don’y work. How do I fix this?

fCC is not sending me a log in email

I have been trying to log in to fCC for a little over two hours. I try to log in with email and when it says to put in the OTP I can’t because I’m not getting the email. I’m using the only email I have. It sent me the email just now to make this forum account, but won’t send me the OTP. I’ve tried at least 10 times. I’ve checked spam and trash and forums and any other folder in my email. I have used this computer before, I logged in earlier this week.

I can't access my FCC account

It’s been a while since I last visited Free Code Camp. I know I still have an account because when I try to use my email address to log in, a message pops up telling me that email address is associated with another account. No one but me uses my email, so that “other” account must be mine. Apparently, Google and GitHub are no longer accepted as login credentials, so how can I log in? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me with this.
