is freecode camp preparing users only for web development?
full-stack web development is the goal of the courses in fCC.
freeCodeCamp is also working on a data science curriculum as well as a computer science curriculum.
You can learn about it here.
okay
So its not the best place for a person who wants to be a cyber security?
Thanks and I 've already read that entire link’s content
but I still have a question, Once I complete the course will I have a wider range to purse lets say like around above 4 careers or will I only be limited to web development ?
FreeCodeCamp is primarily a web development curriculum, but it also covers some topics related to full-stack development, including front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as back-end technologies like Node.js and databases. However, FreeCodeCamp is not exclusively limited to web development and also teaches algorithms and data structures. So, while the primary focus is web development, it does provide a comprehensive curriculum for full-stack development.
Okay
Thank you for the clarification
freeCodeCamp will teach you basics of programming but doesn’t dive into cyber security specifically.
You would have to take courses or certifications elsewhere for that.
You will gain a basic foundation in programming with an emphasis on web development.
If you were interested in other fields like game development, cloud computing, security, etc, then you would need to take other courses on top of that.
Hope that helps!
