I’ve found that I tend to forget stuff, especially from the HTML/CSS section, and was wondering if there was a PDF which had the curriculum, plus maybe solutions to the challenges which I could read? Just so I can refresh my knowledge every now and again (perhaps before bed each night!)

There isn’t. The way that freeCodeCamp is structured doesn’t really lend itself to that well. There are, however, several very good books and articles out there. Some of them are even on freeCodeCamp.org/news
