like its been 3 to 4 days since i completed basic HTML section and I have started to forget a few things is there a to revise or do I need to complete the topics again that i don’t rem

I agree with @Majheat
You could also try doing projects online (by simply googling 10 projects for insert program language here) or do projects on your own and the more you do projects the less you forget your previous lessons.

i got used to quickly go over a section once i complete it and as others, make notes of what i found hard to comprehend and whenever i encounter something forgotten in my current projects, i get back to the respective section.
