How do I search for low-barrier programming/online jobs?
Or rather, where do I go to search for these jobs?
All I know are the high-barrier sites like Indeed and Ziprecruiter.
I don’t know where to start.

I found Where to start searching for jobs on the forum by Jessica and there should be a lot more advice on this from other users.
You should also check out what Quincy’s advice is on this.
Chapter 4: How to Get Paid to Code – Freelance Clients and the Job Search
I’ve found that the preferred platforms for job postings tends to vary by location. You’ll probably need to do some independent research on where tech job postings are in your city.
It may be worth noting that “low-barrier” programming jobs don’t really exist in the United States (I can’t speak for other economies). Entry-level jobs typically require experience equivalent to a traditional 4-year degree.
For a lot of countries there seems to bee quite steep experience requirement barriers. I generally blame this on Society norms and there being just too much competition compared to jobs. Canada needs similar requirements to that of USA, in many South East Asian countries even basic jobs require having at least a Bachelor’s degree in something.. Makes people like me who never went to any University but a vocational school after High school look like worthless to corporate world.
In South-East and East Asia, there are still web developer roles that do not require a bachelor’s degree. These positions tend to focus more on relevant work experience and technical skills.
In places like Singapore, Taiwan, and Japan, this is quite noticeable. Compared with roles in other industries, web development jobs in this region are generally more flexible. Many non-tech roles still have stricter requirements, such as a bachelor’s degree or even a master’s degree from local or international universities.
