I need a cheap (600 or below) touch screen windows laptop for school that has lots of battery life. Portability isn’t the highest concern (I’m already lugging around a huge backpack, it wouldn’t be much more) but I do want something with the build quality to last me for a long time. I’d like it to be able to do some extremely basic cad (sketchup, autodesk fusion 360, autodesk inventor student edition, not really any assemblies, just parts), but more importantly it has to be able to run word processing/powerpoint apps and internet browsers.
Just for options though, I’d like to compare it with something in the same price range, meets the same criteria, except not touch-screen.
