Hello everyone, so i’m currently working on the technical dcoumentation page for the web design project ( https://codepen.io/oh_gee_san/full/LYxGRzO ) for some reason my second header is at the top of my page and also i am not able to scroll down to see the bottom pages. Can anyone help me ?

is your problem. Delete it and it works. " Introduction to anime" should be an h1 not a <header>
