I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that requiring an email address is either going to keep people from looking at your portfolio or you are going to get 100% fake email addresses.
Ditto what @bbsmooth says. More so, if I was a potential employer and I saw I had to provide an email and not knowing it could be fake. I’d close the tab and move on to the next candidate.
