Progress completely lost -- help please!

When I signed in today, my whole freeCodeCamp progress was lost. :confused:

I had a streak of 7 days (since registering on October 3rd) and solved 250 challenges (up to Basic Algorithm Scripting / Seek and Destroy), but now everything is reset to 1 (first day / a [1] in the top right corner).

What should I do? This is really annoying.

I’ve encountered the same problem too! Have you heard from team FCC since then? I want to know why this happen,too.
