Responsive Web Design Projects: I can submit any url and it passes me!?

I just started to tackle the Responsive Web Design Projects category, and I noticed:

I can enter any random url at all to the “solution” field and when I press “I’ve completed the challenge” it will pass me on to the next challenge!!!

I entered the url for a google image search of “cats” (https://www.google.com/search?q=cats&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjZ-JeEnJzcAhVNKawKHaRWAegQ_AUICigB&biw=1020&bih=685) for the “Product Landing Page” assignment, and the pop-up box said “That’s the way it’s done!”

Does the code actually get tested like in the previous challenges, is it broken, or is making the submission empty of substantive meaning?

Testing User Stories

Hi, I only just joined this site and I’ve no idea how to test my projects(Responsive Web Design) on codepen. I’ve submitted three projects so far, but I don’t get how the site checks for “user stories”. I tried submitting a totally different project and even that was successfully submitted as well. I’d like to know how can I test my projects on codepen. Please help. I create a new pen for every project.

Submitted wrong url to project

Hello, I’ve seemingly submitted my simon game to the markdown previewer. Is the anyway the mods can remove the markdown previewer from “completed” in my map (as it links to the simon game)? I’ve tried to do this but am not sure that I am able to / cannot find where Thanks in advance!

I’m guessing that you didn’t read anything in the reply above. This is by design, allowing campers to host their projects on whatever platform and/or domain they prefer.
