Should I start the Scientific computing with Python if I have not finished the previous certifications?

I want to learn Python. I have already learned HTML and CSS but I feel like learning Python before JavaScript. Is it ok if I begin Scientific computing with Python if I have no prior programming experience and have not finished the previous certifications?

It is okay. You do not need any prior programming experience.

The best thing I can suggest to you is to have a plan. Focusing on the plan will help to achieve and understand a programming language. If you are a beginner to programming , I will suggest you start with the python first.
