I am new to free camp code, i was trying to build a tribute page. I have one question based on that.
Do I have to build the tribute page without any custom css and jquery? Only html and bootstrap to be used?

No. The only requirements are the user stories.
Okay, but in the video the speaker says that the sample tribute page was built only by html and bootstrap.
When i was attempting the project, i am not able to think of bootstrap to apply on elements or classes or ids.
So just got worried
You just have to meet the minimum requirements. Anything you do beyond that is icing on the cake. I think the guy in the video was just trying to point out that you don’t need to get that complicated, but if you want to use css and JQuery, go for it.
