Trying to start and learn efficiently

I am looking for the best resource to learn from a complete beginner lvl like getting a iem and learning how to use that and getting comfortable with that. i am trying to efficiently learn to code all types of languages so i can create any project i think of in my mind. i need something that can give me tasks to complete or something, i dont want to be lost, i need someone or something to give me the right path to take. i have no friends who do this kind of stuff, well i do but they are far ahead and i dont even know how to ask them for help. maybe someone here can help me

There is no best tool.
But you have come to the right place.

(Just start coding. Avoid unnecessary early optimization.)

P.S. This is not a quote.

Hello! I will give you an advice as if you were me asking that, okay?

Start choosing any course, language, tutorial (beginner friendly), all for free. FreeCodeCamp, for example.

Take a brief look at many languages and try to choose one which brings you more sympathy (like this: ā€œWow! I think I can learn this as my first language and it seems very interestingā€¦ā€).

As a beginner, you will find some steps frustrating, because learning/to learn a new language is not easy, but after allā€¦ itā€™s nurturing (to/for our minds). And the path has some difficulties here and there, but itā€™s super NORMAL!!! Donā€™t hesitate to ask for help when you need.

Take a free course/tutorial/bootcamp (like FreeCodeCamp or anything else that can have an elaborated path ready to you, and you also can choose one way or another, like this: ā€œI would like to start learning this, HTML and CSS, Front End Developmentā€, for example).

Python is a great language to learn as a beginner, because it can open many paths/ā€˜roadsā€™: data analysis, Computer Science, web developmentā€¦ and it easier to write (less verbosity) than JavaScript, for example. But you can start with any language you want.

Sorry my English, Iā€™m Brazilian and I donā€™t speak or write in English very often.
