What is the certification degree

What kinda of degree does freecodecamp certifications offer?

FCC does not offer a degree. You will not get a university degree. You get a certificate. It’s not even accredited so it’s basically a piece of paper. The real reward is what you learned and the projects you’ve built - the piece of paper just makes you feel good and is a milestone.

It’s not a degree. I think I just typed in “Certificate” there.

Your certificate helped me get a job. For a long time I taught various subjects at the university, wrote assignments, even asked for help from the service assignmentbro.com/us/cheap-assignment-help to write quality texts. And only after your courses and certificate, I was able to get the job and the necessary skills.

Thank you for your more than clear answer. To be honest, I didn’t know the difference between Certificate and Degree, English isn’t my first language. My perspective was: If you get a university degree, you might need a certification to prove you have a degree.

A certificate is a piece of paper. It can also represent a “certification”, which enas that some organization atests that you are qualified in some subject. If that organization is a respected authority and is saying that certification represents imporant qualifications, then it might be valuable. To whatever extent FCC is respected or not, there is no practical way for them to verfify he quality of what you did or that you did it, so it’s value will aways be limited. In this case, what you learned and what you built is far more importat. Ad what you keep learning and keep building.

A degree is a more formal thing, from an accredited univesity. The most basic degree would need at least 2 years of full time study.
