I’m 17 starting to learn coding. Was it best to start learning earlier or is the best time for my age?

I don’t know if there truly is a best time. But I started last year recently after turning seventeen. I think it’s all good. There are a lot of people here that are starting to learn and they are already in their forties.
I’m sure you’ll do fine.

Hi @jlear!
There is no wrong age to start coding. As long as you have the discipline to study, work hard and perseverance through struggle then you can become a programmer.
Here is a great article written by Quincy Larson sharing stories from people who got their first job in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s.
