Certifications worth anything?

are the free code camp certifications worth anything to prospective employers? I already know 90% of what the certifications teach. Is it worth spending time going through tutorials to get the certifications to put on your resume or not?

What's the value of the certificate

Obviously FreeCodeCamp is a great way to get into coding specially web development, but my question is how valuable can a certificate be or how be of an addition is it to a CV ? does it have any affect at all ?
