I’m actually an architect by training, before I got into FCC. Do you think your architecture experience helped you with coding, or just with the design, or not at all?

I read your article about getting a job last week it was really interesting, have you written anything about your first few months in your first job?

Was that directed at me? I have written a few FCC posts with updates on starting the job. I was thinking about updating my “getting a job” article to talk about what it was like to switch jobs after a few years. I suppose “things I learned on the first job” could be a good addition too.

congratulations! Projects look very professional to me, where did you learn how to do the authentification part?

Maybe not directly with the coding but definitely with the designs, sketching some layouts and general feeling if something looks nice. It’s also really helpful knowing how to use Photoshop and Illustrator. Generally I think that the time I spent studying architecture was well worth it and I don’t regret it

I saw that you put your portfolio on GitHub pages, and provided the source code in the repositories.
How were you able to create different repositories for each item (like the tribute, form etc.) and show them ?
I have a GitHup pages site, but I can’t show on it projects that are in different repositories…

Generally inside content/projects there are static files with basic information about my projects - these are not the original repositories
