I have just joined up here. Basically, I am feeling a bit lost with how to get started. Sorry to ask as it’s probably been asked a lot before.
I am pretty much starting from the beginning. I have messed around with HTML and CSS and built some basic websites and then started looking at JavaScript and jQuery after buying some books, but I haven’t got far.
I came across the 100 days of code challenge and I want to do it but I don’t know where to start? Should I start with the " JavaScript Algorithms and Data Structures" on the freeCodeCamp site? and work my way through that?
You can do the freecodecamp curriculum from top to bottom!
If you are already familiar with the concepts in a certification you can just complete the five certification projects, or just move to the next certification
Ok thank you, That makes sense. I just didn’t know if I should focus on 1 thing at a time or if there was a better place to start. I just started the JS course I mentioned.
Thanks very much, I am kind of still open minded, I was hoping to get some inspiration for what direction to go from somewhere. I always thought front end development was interesting, but I need to read up on it a bit more I think.
