Pros
The trainers at Revature provide excellent training and challenging assignments. You will have to work to understand and apply the material. Your housing and training materials are provided for during the training period. You will be placed on projects according to client needs if you successfully complete training and pass client interviews.
Cons
It may take some time to be placed on a project. Patience is key. Compensation is lower than other SE entry level positions.
Advice to Management
Make sure incoming candidates know exactly what they getting into or they might want to leave.
