I am more interested in Backend development than Front end . I have tried ROR and Django also some nodejs. people are biased in their opinion as what is the minimum level of knowledge required for person to apply for back development job
Has anyone completed FCC Backend Certification in Java or Django here.
I dont think java is even available here at FCC i guess only Node.JS is available plus if you are looking for job as backend developer but with web development perspective it is better to go with node js or python because java will be like more effective from enterprise point 
Depends on the company, really. Some companies like to hire people with very little knowledge so they can mold them into their way of thinking easier. Some companies require proof of education, certificates and other nonsense like that.
Like you say, people are biased; so too are the companies.
