Completed the first module in Freecode Camp but when I view or add the link to trophy I get, the error message “We were unable to verify your trophy from Microsoft’s learning platform.”
I am completing the challenge in ms-learn instead.
I need help to link both of them i.e Freecodecamp and ms-learn challenge.
Hello!
I did my first one using the freeCodeCamp course access to Microsoft Learn.
I needed to sign into my Microsoft account and complete the lessons for that trophy.
The initial link that I received upon completion of the lesson, did not work for me to link it to freeCodeCamp because it did not include the transcription user, with the transcription id.
I accessed the transcription page where I was able to make a new link code.
This one included the necessary information and I was able to link the accounts, and receive recognition for completing that lesson.
I hope this helps you.
Keep up your great progress!
Make sure you have the trophy - you should be able to see it when looking at the trophies area of your achievements page @adi-ch2019.
I am trying to find the transcription user and id.
The link generated is <https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/adich-4453/transcript/“Key”>
May I ask how do we translate the above. Is this the right format?
Badges are visible in Profile | Microsoft Learn section. But no trophies of C# modules are there at the moment.
Is there something a miss? will we not be able to Claim certificate of completion from freecodecamp?
Hello!
The trophy should be there if all of the necessary lessons have been completed. I am including a screenshot of how the Achievements area should appear if the trophy is available, or been awarded. Notice the two areas at the top Badges 7 Trophy 1. This is what should appear. By clicking on the transcript at the bottom of the Achievements page, you can choose Transcript Settings and choose Share this link. This provides an option to create a new link.
I clicked on the trophy and it shows this.
Try the link you have to see if it will work.
Thank you for your patience while I attempt to help you resolve the issue.
I hope this helps you.
But, even more, I hope the link you had helps connect you to freeCodeCamp to receive the recognition for completing the Trophy requirements.
Keep up your great progress on this coding journey!
